a christian freind recently told me in no uncertain terms that we will never run out of oil because god is always making more... that nearly killed me! it brought to mind a picture of jesus in a hardhat sqeezing angels in a cider press and pumping the oil into the ground so that good christians can drive their s.u.v.'s to church. nearly blew my O rings

A double "did God create." Of course!
Jesus Christ is the "I AM" or God Himself in a visible body.
"For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily."
-- Colossians 2:9
"Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"
-- John 14:9
"Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you Before Abraham was, I AM."
-- John 8:58

If you are asking where the fossil fuels come from, consider this... during the flood of Noah's day millions of pounds of animal carcasses and foliage were buried beneath the ground.

Helloooooo, he was too busy creating the WORLD 6000 years ago. He hadn't gotten to killing mass quantities of his new creations to make fossil fuels yet.

I want to thank you for this question, because the first two posts are hilarious examples of creationist thinking. I had no idea they believed such stupid crap! I actually learned something here today.

ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!
Oh damn, just when I think that christians couldn't be more ignorant about science, they out-do themselves!!!!
That's freaking retarded. I'm sorry about the non-PC term, but what else could describe such an answer?

No, the flood made all of the oil and coal. The gasoline you put in your car are our former ancestors.
