Medical doctors who specialize in the bone structure are called orthopedic specialists - they work on people's backs.

A practitioner who usese non-invasive techniques of back muscle and spinal manipulation is called a chiropractor - the term "doctor" is often used as an honorific but they are not "doctors of medicine," may not give prescriptions or injections, and follow an entirely different methodology for diagnosis and treatment. I have used both, and when you find good ones, SAVE their names and numbers!
