How long left if breathing is being affected just turned 58 last wk.
Cant get out of house with out help or back in without help .
Just so sad.

hi i am a nurse which works with neurology patients, and i come across alot of mnd ( motor neurone disease) I'm afraid that the prognosis isn't good, mnd suffers can last different amount of time depending on the person, and how fast you deteriorate, it is a disease in the end your brain works totally but it does not send signals to the rest of your body, so you are unable to move, talk or really do anything, I'm really sorry for your relative hope this helps
