Banana cream pie! Buy a ready made graham cracker crust, and slice one banana in the bottom. Make banana flavored jello, according to pie directions on the package. Top with coolwhip. I make this a lot in the summer, because you never need the oven! For variations add sliced strawberries to the bottom with the banana, or fresh raspberries to the top of the cream.
