Absolutely nothing. Why would he have to say, "I love you" after any serious conversation. Unless you told him you loved him and he didn't say it back. Then there are problems.

I had a serious conversation about life with my neighbor, it doesn't mean I love him. Just be patient and have fun. Stop being so serious. When he feels the time is right he'll tell you, if you try to rush or force it out of him it won't have the same meaning. Id rather wait til he's ready to tell me because then Ill know he means it, instead of making him feel he has to say it and not mean it.

It doesn't mean anything other than the fact that you need to be patient and not read too much into it. True feelings take time and the words 'I Love You' are powerful words which I'm sure you don't want him saying until he really feels it and I promise when he feels it and really feels it nothing will be able to keep hm from sharing it. Enjoy him and don't address the fact that he didn't say it when you thought he would, that would scare him. Good luck.

Lesson one cricket. Most men can only do one thing at a time. You actually found one you can have a serious conversation with and you overloaded his brain. Bad cricket!!!! It is more comfortable to live in the here and now and not think about the futurre. The things happening in the world around us scare even me. Give him a chance to come out of his shell shock.

It would depend on the following:
1. How long have you been dating.
2. Is this the first serious conversation.
3. Is he open with his feeling; or is he a typical guy who has problems expressing his feelings.
It may just be too soon in your relationship for an "I love you too"

nothing thats like saying you sit down and have a serious convo. about life w/ a freind .....your not supposed to say i love you in that way are you ...no but it also doesnt mean that he dont love oyu so if you feel that way then oyu say it to him first he is probably waiting on you to make the move and if he truely feels that way he will say it back and if he dont you wont no if he ever will and you should just forget about him an move on ....i hope this helps =) bye bye

It means that he may not be ready to tell you that he loves you. You shouldn't want him to say just because you want to hear. You should want him to say it because he means it from his heart. If you have been together for and extended amount of time and he has not declared his love, he may not be as serious about you as you are about him.

If he doesn't say "i love you" or "i just realized how great you are"... then he's probably either got alot on his mind or alot to think about as in maybe he really does love you but he's scared that he might be inlove.
