The way I look at it is that Israel is doing us a favor. Otherwise it would probably be my butt over there rooting out those terrorist bastards. What do you think?

Israel is the only country who can fight the terror.
For them it's a matter of life , they doing a favor to the all world! The terror is not only in Israel, it's also happened before on England, Spain, India ,Canada, even Egypt,,,, all over!
Thank you Israel,

Everyone is probably making "such a big deal", because its important to actually understand the points of conflict. Perhaps if you looked a little further than your own coastline or your own itchy trigger finger you might see that.

Now, I for one disagree with both parties, but I can understand why Hezbollah is attacking. I disagree with the state of Israel and I do not support the conflict out there at the moment. Innocent civilians in both Israel and Lebanon are dying daily - there is no need to shell and bomb known civilian areas because Hezbollah "is nearby". Nearby? How accurate is that intelligence? The way I see it, Israel is again antagonising the Middle East and then asking why so many countries despite it. They're doing nobody a favour, only digging themselves a very deep dark hole. And it would probably be your *** out there rooting out those terrorist bastards? LOL to draw on a well known film, policing the world much? Whoops I forgot, the US is the one supplying those shells - maybe it does have the right to be there.

Every major player in the world, be it the US, Russia, Europe, China we all depend on the middle east for the vast majority of our oil supplies, which we happen to be totally dependent on economically. The Middle East has always been unstable for a plethora of reasons but because everyone has interests in the region just letting them fight it out would be a major hit on the global economy. If the fighting were in some other region say, good old Africa, were no-one has any interests the war would be no big deal. Were it not for all the international pressure and attention the region would be a royal mess now. We all now Iran would love to wallop Israel over the head, and make no mistake if threatened by Tehran the Israeli's would have almost no choice but to die quietly or actually use their nuclear weapons. In a few more steps you have a major conflict in a region of tremendous importance to the world and someone is going to try to intervene. Voila the makings of a major global conflict.
