No, I believe good sex should be after the foundation of love is already built through good friendship. If your not in love then you shouldn't be having sex with that person.

Sex definitely can't be the foundation of love. If anything, it's the other way round.
Think about all those times you've heard of, or maybe even experienced, relationships that start right with the sex. Eventually people realize that they really have nothing in common except for the sex. That'll be a basis for some really good conversation for years to come, I'm sure. (sarcasm)

sex is always bonus points, never the foundation. If love exists already, good sex will follow. If good sex exists, love doesn't nessarily have to follow.

No way. Lust is only temporary. You have to build the relationship based on shared experiences and by caring about each others feelings. relationships based on sex never last. They are shallow.
