Something like Ryvitas with cream or cottage cheese. Piece of toast, lightly buttered?

Chicken Salad! Cook a whole chicken (it doesn't matter if it's baked or boiled) and then de-bone it into a bowl. Add about a 2/3 of a cup of mayonaise to it. Add 2 cups of halved grapes, a cup of sliced almonds, and a small can of drained pineapple. Eat it with rolls or on bread. It's sooo good, quick, easy and no cooking! And it's doesn't weigh really heavy on your stomach.

Well let's eat a fruit salad for dinner with watermelon, peaches, grapes, apples and of course pineapples! How good is that?

A bowl of cereal will fill you up without making you feel bloated. Alternatively if you want something hot go for some soup.
If you are hungry later on get some fruit.

Is she not feeling very well?? If so, I would go with Chicken Soup and crackers.
If not, a nice salad with lots of fresh vegis and cooked/crisp bacon -- then your favorite dressing.

Salad. You can add tuna fish to it, or boiled eggs, as long as you stay clear of pre-made salad dressing. Use oil and vinegar instead.
