it is 12:19pm in PR , i am working i dont know what to eat, there is a pizza shop next to the office, but BK, KFC, WEndys is 10 min away, and there is alot of traffic what to do, eat a slice of pizza or what.

If your worried about eatting all that fat and grease, go ahead for today. But tonight on the way home, pick up something healthy you can bring with you to work from now on. Fast food is fat food! Treat your body better than that.
