i really like this guy that lives down the street from me. How can I go up to him and start talking?

he always plays basketball and i also like basketball and i don't know his name. Our dads are friends but he might move so i need to talk to him before he moves

ask if u can play, but make sure ur wearing just a bra and some very short shorts, then if he says yes u play really hard and beat him, and at the end u can chat and u can get in his pants

Walk up to him while he is playing. Be suited up and ready to play yourself. He will notice you. That should break the ice. Talking afterwards might come easier that way. At that point, just be honest with him. You have nothing to lose.
