Can somebody become a nun even if they are not virgins...not to worry..doesnt apply to me...just a question

Yes. What our past was is not of consequence. It is what we desire now and for our future that is important when you are applying for admitance into a convent. Many women whose husbands died have entered the convent. They are not virginal.

Sure can. Many have even had children and still become nuns. Not as easy as before but can be done.

Yes you can become a nun if you are not a virgin. Some widows become nuns.

I think it's Ok. I don't know much about cannonic law. But I think that you're required to keep celibate from now on, not what you did before. I would think it's the same as for priests.

I think they'll take just about anybody...
As long as you don't do anything while you're "married to god"
Just don't be too forward with that when applying

You don't have to be a virgin, you just have to give it up when you take Holy Orders.

I think you can if you truly repent of the sexual sin of fornication. If they are truely devoting their lives to christ then have at it.

I believe they can, but I'm not sure. I would suggest you (or the other person) ask your/their priest.
