If you have any honor, you don't do it!
If You have any real pride, you won't do it!
If you care for your lover at all, Don't do it.

You know its more than a meet you thing or you wouldn't be stewing about it.
Obviously you're considering it or you wouldn't be asking us. If you are that tempted, either just flatly tell the friend "No" or re-examine your relationship with your lover. A one sided relationship is bound to hurt someone sooner or later. It would more painful for your lady to lose both her lover and her friend
Think it over carefully.

Go see what they want, maybe they want to talk to you about their lover, maybe the want advice...maybe they want down your pants which at that point you should be a TRUE friend and deny them and tell your friend what they did and why you went to meet them alone

you need to ask your lover about it...why create confusion...it is better to nip it in the bud rather than create a bigger confusion which will be unmanageable...
