The public beta trial has been taken down. However I'm sure there are a number of third parties that have posted the download BUT most likely do not include a serial number. That being said had you enrolled (or downloaded the beta trial while it was posted) then you would have been emailed a serial number.

And like conradj213 said, the official beta has ended, but you can find "Vista" via torrent trackers. You will have to use a search engine like Google (http://www.google.com).
This is considered "Software Piracy", as Microsoft has concluded there Public Beta. Even though you may be able to download it and install it, I am sure you will not be able to activate it as the included serial is surely black listed by Microsoft.
P.S. To download a torrent file you will need a bittorrent client such as "uTorrent" (http://www.utorrent.com). There plenty to choose from, however this is one suggestion.

Well try "WWW.PHAZEDDL.COM" if not use a P2P fsoftware like LimeWire or BearShare which will be more effective. :)
