please help here i really need to get skinny

Less energy in & more energy out. Eat less calories & burn more calories. Simple in concept but hard to do.

whatever you do, do not become anorexic. go to your local gym and hire a trainer to help you lose weight. tell him or her which part of your body you want to beome skinny. then the trainer will know what kind of exercises to do with you. also, stop etaing bread. for dinner try to eat only low-fat chicken breast with vegetables. and then for lunch an breakfast, eat only fruits and vegetables, or salads, but without croutons. following this plan should make you skinny.....

You need around 2,000 calories a day to maintain body weight. You need a deficit of 3,500 calories to lose a pound of fat.
Therefore to lose 1 pound a week (without excercise), you would need to take in 10,500 calories rather than 14,000 (or 1500 a day). Excercise will futher hasten this process. Good luck!!!

go to the gym ! cut the dinner out ! drink 2 glasses of water when u first wake up ! eat less rise and bread and more vegetables ! Dance
and enjoy ur life

go on the south beach or weight watcher diet. walk and get in a exercise program. check with your doctor first! drink 8 glasses of water a day! pass on fried foods, rice, potato's, SWEETS, fast food restaurants, fattening salad dressings, white bread, mayo, miracle whip, hot dogs, bologna, liver cheese, pasta salad, buttermilk, whole sweet milk, dips, chips, frozen dinners, cream cheese, Mexican food, Chinese food, casseroles, avocado's, artichokes, potted meat, spam, Vienna sausage, chicken and dumplings, beef stew, cornbread, crackers, biscuits, grits, mash potato's, ice cream, hashbrowns, sodas, and cashews just to name a few.
