Im not going to try to get to deep with my answer but yes it is wrong and you need to try to stop. You may think that is just masturbating but actually its deeper than you think.. Mastaurbating just opens you up to a more sinful lifestyle it makes your body urge for sexual pleasure. You will start of maturbating and than want something else.. Everything is spiritual in this world.. Pray for deliverance and conviction that would make u stop

Glad 2 hear that Q; indic8es that there's hope & good left in U. It doesn't matter wat religion U R of in this matter. This bad habit leads 2 many other sins & problems ("downs") in life (e.g. bad luck, embarrassment, hormonal disbalance, loss of total strength & life span, other physical/psycological probs.) & eventho Christianity is silent on this matter, Islam isn't. It's highly recommended that you marry instead. Also, keep company around u & stay busy. I've heard that eating cereal helps somehow.
