Sober up first and foremost and then fulfill what ever the courts say you have to do get your license back. You have to ask the courts precisely what though.

In most states Dui law is both criminal and civil - the civil portion pertains to your driving privilage. You do not automatically get your license back once your suspension time is up - there are usually some hoops to jump through, such as paying a reinstatement fee and showing high risk insurance. Each jurisdiction & each case is different - so contact your local Driver license office.
