This is a good medium chipotle hot sauce that goes great in baked recipes, eggs, marinades, meat and seafood. Great flavor enhancer without the over powering heat.

I guess you wouldn't call it "hot" sauce then, would you?
Personally, I like it fairly hot, but not to the point of burning. I prefer to get the flavour of the peppers, not just heat.
My favorite is and Asian chile sauce - sriracha
