Everyone goes to Sandals Resort in St Lucia because the Island is simply beautiful. I know , I lived there for 6 years. There are 4 sandals resorts in St. Lucia (one includes the former Hyatt regence Hotel which was world class).
If you Choose the all inclusice package you get to eat at any of the many restaurants in the resorts for free.
Whyndam Morgan Bay is also a favourite. I worked here for a while if you mention to the Chef that a past Intern reccomended you, you are sure to get a treat.

You didn't say how long a honeymoon you were taking or from where...however, Sandals and Couples are both great places for an all-inclusive getaway. If it were me, I'd go to Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island in Jamaica! They are an 'old fashioned' and very British take on this kind of experience...not the usual, generic resort which are so plentiful! Ask for one of their Grande Luxe Beachfront Rooms...on the first floor and facing the beach! They're the expensive (tho less than the honeymoon suites), but well worth being able to walk out of your door onto the beach...yum! For one week, they'll range from the low $3K's to the mid-$4K's (on sale right now through their website!?!)...still within your price range...book early, they fill up fast! This is for EVERYTHING...food, activities (most) and hotel! Great deal...congrats on your upcoming nuptuals...:)

If you like an adventure there is an all-inclusive resort in the Rainforest in Panama. They also have packages where you spend 1/2 the trip relaxing in Gamboa and the other 1/2 partying in Panama City.

Aruba - It's well within your budget, and a trip you will never forget. We went in August of 2001, and the people were so friendly, the food great, the beaches were awesome. If you go though, you need to go to the Tierra del Sol country club for dinner - the ambiance is out of this world!

Consider that in July you're in the start of the hurricane season. So if you do the caribbean you need travel insurance. If you're into the island thing try Hawaii. If not, maybe you would like to do England or Ireland? It's beautiful there, particularly in the country.

for sure no matter the location make sure you do all inclusive!!! you can not beat the deals...unlimited everything and no hassles of money exchange. make sure you do take money for shopping though! been to mexico and dominican republic. loved them both, my advice if you pick either make sure it is what you are looking for as far as activities...each resort is different and each town is different. i.e. cancun is party central!! more relaxing...go to the virgin islands!! visit tripadvisor.com and it will help a lot!!!
