Please help them to see that their hate and intolerance is the devil's work and that the evil one has tricked them. Please help them to save their eternal lives before it's too late. Do they not know how great you are, Lord? Can they not be loving and forgiving as You are? Please let others who love You read this and answer with a prayer of their own or a word of agreement. Lord, I know that there are others here who claim to be Your followers who do not act like it. Please help me to act in Your image and do as You would do. In Jesus' most Holy name, Amen.

My prayers are for more openness and tolerance...more listening and sharing...more giving spirits...more gentleness in questions and responses...more caring, more compassion...
Less quickness to hurt and wound...less stereotyping...less sweeping generalizations, less condemnation, less scapegoating and blaming.
More reaching out and more willingness to hear how others understand God and the world, even if we do not agree with everything they say.
More looking for consensus and points of commonality among the many differences, and more appreciation for those differences for what they can teach us and for how they make the world a rich diverse place of abundance.
