Reading, I think. (I mean, giving up air, or water, of food altogether, will not last too long; I can give a food or an activity... but I think having to give up reading will drive me mad in no time at all.)

Certainly not my hubby - he'd be the easiest. If I could only choose one thing, I would have to say technology as that covers my mobile & my laptop.
