She had her Virginity restored, right? Like all the Ambers and Tiffanies in midwestern high schools are doing. That works, doesn't it?

Because when King James had the bible "translated" into English Jesus's siblings were removed and Mary remained a virgin for all time. At least that is how Catholicism likes to show it. It is interesting to note that the word 'virgin' originally didn't mean a person who hasn't had sexual intercourse but instead referred to a woman who refused to be subjugated by a man and remained single.

Catholics believe that she was kept a physical virgin miraculously, and did not have other children.
Protestants believe she did marry Joseph and had other children, including the authors of the books of James and Jude.
What is important is that she WAS a virgin when Jesus was conceived.

Mary, Jesus' mother, was an excellent servant of God. When the angel Gabriel announced that she was to give birth, she manifested surprise. Being a virgin, she had not had "intercourse with a man." On learning that the birth was to be by means of holy spirit, she humbly accepted the message, saying: "Look! Jehovah's slave girl! May it take place with me according to your declaration." (Luke 1:30-38) She valued the spiritual privilege so much that she was willing to bear any hardship that her decision might entail

the immaculate conception was Mary's conception, meaning she was concieved without sin. Also, just because they were married, it does not mean that they had sex. As far as the other children go, i think that joseph had children from a previous marriage, and was either divorced, or more likely widowed.

Jesus Was Mary's Only Child.
Mary & St. Joseph never consumated their marriage. The "brothers & sisters" of Our Lord, such as St. James, the **SON OF ALPHEUS**, were His cousins.
