Yes......my friend told me that his dad was in the DMV on time, & this guy sneezed. So my friend's dad told the guy "bless you", as so many people do. The guy was very mad and said, "You have no right to bless me, only God can bless!" My friend's dad later found out that the guy was a Jehovah's Witness. Is it true that Jehovah's Witnesses don't think it ok for someone to tell someone else "bless you" after the 2nd guy sneezes? (By the way, that was a serious question).
Another thing: I heard from my 7th grade teacher (this was @ a Christian school) that he had a student in his class who would not salute to the American flag who was a Jehovah's Witness. The kid said it was like worshiping the flag (or was it the country?). Is that true? (yes, that was also a serious question).

How come your organization doesn't talk about 1914 as much as they used to. They used to say that anyone who had an understanding of the events that occurred in 1914 would see the end of the system of things and said that age would be around 10 or 12. Then they changed it to around 5 or 6 years old. Then they changed it to just being born in 1914. Now they don't mention anything. Is that what you call the brighter light?

Why do you guys sell your religious beliefs door to door? Don't you think that if people were interested in joining your church they would join on their own voluntarily. You guys are as bad as the vacuum cleaner salesmen if not worse.
Why are holidays not celebrated? Why do you guys choose death over life when medically necessary procedures need to be done?
and the question of the hour............. What the hell do you guys actually believe in? lol
Last but not least are you guys really a cult group rather than a religion?

Well, if you want to answer JW questions you should do a search for them. And the way for you to contact people is by answering their questions. If you want to answer them privately you can click on their avatar/picture and see if they have email or some other means of contact available there. Otherwise, answering in this forum is your only option.

Yeah, I have.. One of my classmates has the same religion like you... Is it true that you can't do the Sign of the Cross like Catholics do??
Does Jesus [in Jehovah's Witness] die in a large wooden pole instead of a large wooden cross? Thanks for the answers in advance..
My email is at my Yahoo! Answers profile & am online throughtout the day.
Oh, one more thing.. my classmate's right about your religion.. you come every door... any door & knock.

not a proper answer but a comment
I am atheist. for those people asking 'why do JW's try and force their religion on people'.. I have JW's come to my door, and i dont ever find them trying to 'force' their religion on me. They are nice and pleasant people. Even if what they believe is crap in my opinion. I like the fact they would refuse to go to war in many cases (maybe all cases im not quite sure).
Major christian sects probalby dont like JW's mainly because they are not as militant as yourselves. so i have seen anyway.
I really hate the 'no blood transfusion thing though', its really rubbish. hardly anything to be proud of.
And Jesus coming in 1948......... please
other that doctorines. JW's are tops in the 'forcing' religion on others department.

I agree that it's a good idea to try to find new ways to witness, but talk to your elders for advice before going onto online forums like this for that purpose.

wow... preaching door to door wasn't enough for you??? now your soliciting on the Internet! I am Catholic and I don't understand how you can go and push your believes on people at random. If they are seeking religion they will come to you.
Here's a question to be answered.... why is it why you do come door to door to push your believes do you always have a younger child with? Is it cause you know most of us are nice people who won't be as rude as they want to be because there is a child there?
I don't hide my faith and show my faith by my actions and it is through my actions that I hope that others will be better people and follow the word of God not by pushing my faith on to them and intruding their life.
