i need something healthy to eat as a snack but dont have time to cook, something i can buy in large quantity, but something that doesnt go off quickly. Something like those cereal snack bars only more healthy.

The "Eat Natural" bars from boots are nice and made of natural ingrediants. ABout 70p a bar though!

a good snack is grapes and banna cute them into pieces and pop them into the freezer thus talking longer to eat and making the body more satisfied

Celery!! Or if you dont wana go that healthy go for snack a jacks or grapes cus they last ages..

I go for Rice Cakes too... and Baby carrots (they hold reasonably well... in the fridge!)
