Did God create everything that exists? Does evil exist? Did God create
evil?

A University professor at a well known institution of higher learning
challenged his students with this question. "Did God create everything
that
exists?"

A student bravely replied, "Yes he did!"

"God created everything?" The professor asked.

"Yes sir, he certainly did," the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything; then God created
evil.
And, since evil exists, & according to the principle that our works
define
who we are, then we can assume God is evil."

The student became quiet & did not respond to the professor's
hypothetical
definition. The professor, quite pleased with himself, boasted to the
students that he had proven once more that the religious faith was a
myth.

Another student raised his hand & said, "May I ask you a question,
professor?"

"Of course," replied the professor.

The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"

"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never
been
cold?"

The other students snickered at the young man's question. The young man
replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of
physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat.
Everybody or object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits
energy, & heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy.
Absolute zero (-460F) is the total absence of heat; & all matter
becomes
inert & incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist.
We
have created this word to describe how we feel if we have no heat."

The student continued, "Professor, does darkness exist?"

The professor responded, "Of course it does."

The student replied , "Once again you are wrong, darkness does not
exist
either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can
study,
but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton's prism to break white
light
into many colors & study the various wave lengths of each color. You
cannot
measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of
darkness
& illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is?
You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct?
Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is
no
light present."

Finally the young man asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?"

Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course, as I have already
said.
We see it everyday. It is in the daily examples of man's inhumanity to
man.
It is in the multitude of crime & violence everywhere in the world.
These
manifestations are nothing else but evil.

To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it
doesnot exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is
just
like darkness & cold, a word that man has created to describe the
absence
of God.
God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man
does
not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes
when there is no heat, or the darkness
that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down.

The student's name--Albert Einstein A true story.

To ease your mind no, the world itself is not coming to an end. Ecclesiastes 1:4 makes it clear, it says " A generation is going, and a generation is coming; but the earth is standing even to time indefinite." And Psalms 37:11 also supports that, it says " But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth, and they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."
But it's the wicked people that will be brought to an end, Psalms 37:9,10 says "For evildoers themselves will be cut off, but those hoping in Jehovah*(Psalms 83:18*) are the ones that will possess the earth. And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more." Psalms 146:20 says " Jehovah is gaurding all those loving him, but the wicked ones he will annihilate."
The signs given as to the conclusion of this system are recorded at Matthew 24, 25 Mark 13 and Luke 21. You can also find more details at 2Timothy 3:1-5, 2Peter 3:3,4 and Revelation 6:1-8. One sign of the last days is war as brought out in Matthew 24:7. 1914 marked the beginning of the last days with the start of WWI, that war fulfilled the prophecy foretold at Revelation 6:4, 'peace was taken away from the earth.' Earth has been in a state of turmoil since 1914. WWII was fought for six years(1939-1945), and according to retired Admiral Gene La Rocque, as of 1982 another 270 wars have been fought since 1945. 100 million people have been killed in warfare during this century alone. But Psalms 37:11,Romans 16:20 and Revelation 20, 21:4 gives hope that soon Satan and this system will be no more.

No, this is just how it has always been, the only difference is that the technology has improved. In fact in many ways the world has become a better place, slavery has been abolished in the west. It is now 60 years since there was a war in Western Europe. Many countries such Malaysia, Botswana, India and China are increasing in wealth and standard of living and we have better medicine than we have ever had.

Both. The Bible tells the whole story about what is happening today. It is not going to get any better; only worse. If you haven't made your heart right with God, best do it now. When Jesus comes back and takes His own out of this world, it will be even worse and worse.

No actually the world is well behaved compared to what it used to be like.

Jesus Christ is the "I AM" or God Himself in a visible body.

"For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily."
-- Colossians 2:9

"Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"
-- John 14:9

"Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you Before Abraham was, I AM."
-- John 8:58

Those things have always occurred. They just didn't have CNN to tell them all about it within minutes of it happening.

I'm sure someone's world is coming to an end.
