Sounds like your dog has a yeast infection in its mouth. I would go to the vet and have him/her prescribe and atibiotic for this.

I agree with the person who said it sounds like the Canine Oral Papilloma virus. In most cases the virus will clear up on it's own, but very careful because there is a particularly violent strain going around in certain parts of the country that has caused the death of several dogs. It's also quite contagious so keep your dog at home and don't go to daycares and dogparks until it clears up.

See the group below for pictures and more information on the bad strain.

It sounds like your dog has warts (viral papillomas) Most of the time these will go away on their own. If you don't see them go away in a few months then check with your vet, they may need to be cut off. Also, don't let your dog share a water or food bowl with other dogs, as this can be spread. I had this happen to my dog and it went away in about 2 months with no treatment.

It sounds like your puppy has a virus that is alot like thrush. The only way to cure it is with anti-biotics. Whether you like it or not you will have to take puppy to the vet and soon. This particular virus is painful and may prevent him from eating and drinking and it could get worse if left untreated. Good luck
