Lime Away works well. CLR will do it. Kaboom also works. I'm sure there are others but those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. You can get any of them at local stores such as Walmart, K-Mart, most grocery stores and big chain drug stores.
You need to take the shower head off and soak it in any one of these. Then rinse thoroughly and replace it using plumbers tape so it won't leak.

You take a baggy, fill it at least half way with white vinegar, place it over the shower head wear the head is submerged in the vinegar and then place a rubber band aroundt the baggy and shower head to secure it. Let it sit all day and your mineral deposits will be gone like magic!!!!

Soak it in vinegar... it will take a while, but works great without any toxic chemicals! If that doesn't seem to work so well (works best on lime deposits) then try coca-cola... That stuff will completely dissolve a chicken bone and should certainly work on a shower head!

There is a product called CLR that supposely works pretty good. It can be purchased at Walmart I believe.

soak in vinegar or spray vinegar and a bleach mixed solution let it soak 4 15 minutes and use a old toothbrush to remove it No walmart no money wasted the solution is in your cupboard
