Levant on Jason Sourt (off Wigmore street) is nice, lebanese/arabic food, bellydancers, shisha pipes, loud arabic music, real good fun. And in terms of a club, Pangaea is excellent on a Thursday night, its near Green park station

Depends on what kind of food you like, how much you want to spend, and how far in London you want to travel.

I highly recommend doing a search on http://www.toptable.co.uk/ where they let you search by all of these factors, give you a review, a number of user reviews, a 360 view of the place, a sample menu, dress code, average cost, etc, etc....

Also check out their "Best for..." lists - you can find best for:

Try Gordons wine bar, Charing cross.
fantastic atmosphere, its in a candlelit arched brick tunnel that hasn't changed in a thousand years, good selection of fairly priced wines, good food, not expensive, great vibe, interesting place.
check their website.

If you are looking for really good food I recommend L'escargot in Soho. Its a Marco pierre white owned restaurant and the food is fantastic. Although its MIchelin Star level the portion are really good.
