The following Prescription of Homeopathic Remedies will help any youngster in gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.

Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results.
Keep me posted about your progress if you decide to take this prescription.
Take Care and God Bless you

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.

Most likely you've grown most of your height. You may grow another 1-2 inches but I don't think 4 inches would be likely.

But to make sure you reach your full height potential. You can stretch. Stretching makes sure that you are at your full height. Over time people tend to shrink and its because of age, poor posture and lack of stretching. Your ligaments need to be stretched daily.
Also for your posture try lining your back up against a wall and rubbing up and down on the wall. Start in a standing position and then bend your knees slightly but make sure your back never leaves the wall. this could make sure you are your tallest and have good posture.
Continue to walk and stand straight.
Finally make sure you eat healthy. Poor diets can restrict your growth so eat properly. See a nutritionist and he/she could help you with your diet as well as good advice for growing taller.

I hope this helps.

It unlikely you'll grow anymore, although i have known a few people who thought they stopped growing and sprouted a few more inches when they were about 20.
If you were that determined you could look into leg lengthening surgery, but i doubt you are. it looks extremely painful and it would be hard to find anyone willing to do it.
You can still do modelling, there is a lot of different types of models. Runway models are usually at least 5'8 but there is always advertising, catalogue etc etc

If you have already started menstruating, then, unfortunately you won't grow much more. They say that by the time a girl starts getting her periods that she has pretty much finished growing.

Why don't you think about a career where you can actually use you mind rather than your looks? Your earning potential will be much better and not to mention the fact that you will not be made to do things you are uncomfortable.

Looks fade, but your intelligence will stay with you forever.

Height is genetically determined. Most girls are as tall as they are going to be by around the time of thier first period. Sorry.

You can't increase your height-it's gentics. Plus, you are 16, so you are almost done growing.

There is nothing wrong with being shorter. I'm 5'2" and I love it!

impossible, you cannot determine or change your height....it is predetermined in your genetics!and you will never get into modeling (other than print and commercials being 5'6") runway models are at least 5'9" or they wont even look twice at you
