No, to verbally accost someone is to resort to violence, mentally and spiritually. Judge not lest' ye be judged. While the judgments of others make no mind to a faithful and devout Christian, it is un-Christian to verbally abuse anyone, even sinners. Compassion is the key.

You didn't define what you meant by "stand in judgement and verbally crucify sinners."
Is it right to tell them that they are wrong? Most certainly. And that's not 'standing in judgement,' either. We are commanded to judge, according to God's Word.
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
If you were asleep and your house was on fire, would it be 'cruel and judgemental' for me to wake you up, or would you rather I respect your 'right to choose your own sleep patterns' and left you alone?

No, it is bad for anyone to stand in judgement and/or verbally crucify sinners. Since we are all sinners, we are at the same level with each other. Yes, there are some who are in better control than I, yet I don't benefit from someone judging me in public. Two ideal scriptures come to mind that we can build on and grow to become better Christians.
Matthew 7
Judging Others
1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
James 4
11Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. 12There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?

Well gee, maybe you should read the four gospels where Jesus hung out with people no one else would talk to, and then I bet you could answer your own question (assuming you are Christian and wondering whether you should verbally "crucify" sinners - disturbing word choice, by the way).

If they are "christians" then they are not going to judge, or crucify. They automatically should have learned that we are all imperfect, and with sin. Therefore, none of us are better than any other human rather they are christians or not. A christian's job is to encourage others, show them answers to their questions with the Bible, and to be a good neighbor in any way that they can. Christians are usually people who stand out as being different in the respect that they truly show love and empathy, and shy away from being critics, or judgers of others imperfect like they are...............

Christians should not judge others, realize we are all sinners,, and that love and forgiveness are key elements of Jesus teachings. Love the sinner, turn away from the sin. Also we must forgive even as we want God to forgive us.

Oh so this is what you think you are doing. You are a fanatical christian who thinks he needs to throw stones. Do you really think you are helping mankind with your bitterness.
Judge not others lest thee be judged. You are going down the wrong path. You need to start helping poor people and stop condemning others.
Pity the fool who goes down the wrong path and stubbs his toe on a stone. You stand naked before us and show your true flaws as you live in your glass house.

Sin is a religious concept based on the existence of a god, and since no-one has ever, in all of human history, come up with one single shred of objective evidence nor a valid reasoned argument for the existence of any gods, any assertion about 'sin' is invalid until such evidence or argument is produced.

To answer this, I will quote Marilyn Manson, in his song called 'Get Your Gunn':
"Goddamn your righteous hand"
While I am not a Christian, let me ask you this: who do you think you are? I thought you people believed that only your deity could dole out judgement. So, you are giving yourself some sort of divine stance? Isn't that rather hypocritical towards your religion?
