The best is a middle eastern type or greek. It's made with a lighter texture so it actually moisturizes your hair without it looking or feeling greasy. Try a health food, Indian, or middle eastern / meditarranean store in your area.

there is no "best" olive oil. olive oil is olive oil. it's oil that is extracted from olives. just get some from the grocery store. it's in the cooking oil aisle.

I'm a coconut oil user myself, but I've heard that food grade quality works fine. So your local grocercy store should have it.
