Because a 38 means youre fat, if you had nice large breasts and were in good shape you would be a 32 or 34. it hurts, but it's true.

maybe you are a D or DD cup. And maybe 38 needs to be larger.
I'm a 34DD and there is not way I can squeeze a boob into a C cup.

you need a bigger bra size...don't force your self to fit into something smaller...wear something the right size...buy a bra that will fit you just right.
