wanted to know if the Casio Exlim Z120 digital camera has an option of upgrading the memory with a memory card and also how much is the internal memory of the camera?

The Z120 takes SD/MMC memory cards. Pick one up at a local electronics/ camera store. If you get one with 512MB, you should be good for about 200 pictures.
The camera only has 8.3MB internal memory, which might hold 5 snapshots at medium quality.

You should def. upgarde and get the memory card, depending on the camera, the internal memory will store around 20 pics... depending on the size of the memory card it will hold a lot more then that. Def. Upgarde!
