The ones who say they don't believe in God, tell me why some of them call on God when they're in the midst of something bad or faced with a terrible situation?

I call on God for help all the time for everything in life. I believe the ones who say they don't believe in God and yet call on him in desperate dying situations is because something inside of them instinctively knows that there is a God. Remember there are no skeptics in fox holes!!!

I haven't since December 24, 1994. That was the evening my father loaded a rifle and told me to shoot someone if they came to my home. He had raised me as a Christian, and was a clear demonstration to me of how Christians stray from their chosen path. (needless to say, I did not honor my fathers wishes.) Since that evening I have never prayed, or called on God. Things of this earth are for me to sort out, God isn't worried about it.

God has wrote it on the hearts of Man, you can be on a Island alone your whole life now ,and you have no excuse. A lot do not want to accept it but when they hit rock bottom they often have a faint change of heart.

I don't. I haven't prayed in 13 years, and I've had plenty of crap to deal with in the meantime. But that probably doesn't matter because you already have your mind made up.

When I say "God" it's usually as a figure of speech, like "What in God's name?!" or "Oh my God!", although these days I'm more likely to say "Oh em gee!"
