Devanagari, Bengali, Gujarati, Gurmukhi, Telugu, Kannad, Tamil, Malayam, Persian and Roman are the main ones, but they have regional variants, like Mundi, Modi, Oriya, Kaithi, Maithili, Landa, Multani, Sindhi (2x), Kashmiri (2x) etc.

each language has different lipy isn't it? like the old ones and the new ones...I mean I can say for malayalam=there's pazhaya lipi and puthiya lipi....but I think u r trying to ask something else here....lipi means the way you write, right?well if I am wrong plz correct me
