Because they are cowards and it is the one denomination they can attack without fear of retaliation based on the very nature of Christians.
Many people do not even realize that several of the arrogant posts they read from supposed Christians are actually written by atheist trolls posing as Christians in an attempt to discredit their faith and present them in a negative way.

People do not hate Christians as such. Nor do people hate Islam. The question is in the Semitic group of faiths the Islam is born out of numerous human killings and ever since it is written and handed down to the mankind there has been an almost continuous war between the Muslims and the non-Muslims whole over the world. Whether it is the wars fought from 610 to 1099 in Asian continent, the Crusades (1059 - 1289), the invasion and rule of Muslims over Indian sub-continent (632 to 1768), the West Asia war (1948 till date) or the conflicts to-day in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. etc. all point to one direction of hatred and lack of tolerance among the Muslims. The Jews and the Christians have been defending themselves since the days of Muhammad. It appears that it will come to an end with the annihilation of a big chunk of human population from the Globe.

I do not hate christians..... and im sure that others who ''hate'' on christians do not actually hate christians they merely have issues with the fact that if there is truly a place to rest after death you have to call your self something and attend a social gathering weekly to get your self into this amazing place..... i am not religious in any way and have problems with all religions not because they are religious but becuase they have beliefs that completely go against what they are supposed to be preaching... also the thought of religion would not be around if it were not for corrupt money grubbing kings and noble men who simply needed a way to push their ideas on others...... yes there may have once been a great man named jesus who changed the lives of many but the things that he did are truly far fethced and make him seem a mythical idea more than a great man......if you would like to discuss this issue please do not hesitate to contact me i will never put another person down for being religious i will however correct you in your wrong beliefs.....

Part of the problem is that so many Christians are all too willing to argue. Paul told Timothy that this would do nothing for the Christian cause. If a Christian is supposed to be a "little Christ" then we are going to have to start acting like Him. Jesus didn't go around criticizing people. He did however let them know what was right and what was wrong. He didn't hate them for not agreeing with him but in many of the cases that we are told about in the Bible it was the "dregs of society" that he was drawn to socialize with. Why? Because the "religious" sect of his day was self righteous and hypocritical.... much like many Christians today. Seems strange to me! We Christians need to remember that Jesus said that he didn't come into the world so that it would be condemned but so that it might be saved. WE CAN'T FORCE JESUS ON ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT HIM! We've got to love them with their faults. After all they have seen our faults all too many times!

I don't hate Christians in general. I hate the intolerant, hate-filled bigots that whack me on the head with their bibles, try to convert me, condemn my soul to the depths of Hell, throw scripture quotes at me, and expect me to know all about their beliefs and practically worship them for being so saintly, while they think I worship their little Christian devil.
The intolerance, the hate, the bigotry, the close-mindness, the ignorance, the lack of will to listen, communicate, dialogue with other paths of spirituality, the judgemental-ness, the bible-belting... Yeah, Hell yeah, that pretty much sums up what I hate in Christianity. No other religion that I have come across so far gives me a reason to hate it like I do some Christians.
If you are not like that and don't irritate me, I have no reason to hate you, now, do I?

I think the answer to your question is the fact that you find so called"Christians" who think their way is the only way, and if you don't believe what they believe that you will burn in eternal damnation. I don't hate anyone, I hate the fact they feel the need to push on others what they believe. I believe that you follow what works for YOU, and I believe the Bible is a storybook that people wrote to give their life a purpose of fulfillment. But, if it makes your life complete so be it! I also find if you are religious, keep it to yourself , those are personal beliefs that you should hold to yourself. Looked at the web site in ZCT message verrryy interesting!!! Makes sense to me!!!

I don't have a problem with some Christians. I think the neocons have grabbed the attention of allot of people. Kind of like the Pharisee's and Sadducee's of Jesus time the corrupted the basic culture of the Jews

I don't think that most people hate Christians. In fact, most of our nation is Christian. I think what people resent it having the far right "born against" (the ones who sinned all of their youth and now think that they can simply say, "I am redeemed" and everything is better types) who try to belittle and berate others who don't believe in the same things they believe in.
"Can't we all just get along?" I think tolerance is the key. We all need to mind our own business and praise our own god. We need to not worry about what our neighbors are doing

I don't hate Christians. I do sometimes strongly disagree or am frustrated with some Christians but that goes for more than just Christians and more than just religious people in general.
