Is there a way to have people viewing a powerpoint to input there name and have the powerpoint use that name throughout the show, or even just once?
Anyhelp would be appreciated.

i have the input boxes, how do i make powerpoint use what has been input?

Create a Macro.
Have the user put his/her name in the box.

You can create your simple form by using the Control ToolBox Tools. You can access it from View Menu - Toolbars - Control Toolbox. Just simply click and drag to your slide.

i don't think anykind of input is possible in Powerpoint
