First off, you should do what any woman in the same situation should do; get out of there. I am not saying you should get a divorce, just, at least in the beginning, some seperation. If she becomes violent as you leave, then file a police report to have the abuse documented for your sake, as well as hers.
Next, I think you should stay away until she agrees to anger management counseling, as well as marriage counseling so that she can manage her anger and you can both work on issues that drive her to that type of anger, as well as any trust issues you have developed from the abuse.
Give her some time to think about it with the two of you seperated. Should she choose not to go to therapy, then you may have to begin the process of divorce. This will show her you are for real, and should she not want to change, then you will be on your way to making a better life for yourself.
A man should no more put up with mental or physical abuse than a woman should. It is degrading to both partners and is not the foundation of a happy, loving marriage. Good luck. Peace

Okay, so your wife is being agressive towards you on a regular basis. Is she always like this or does she have her good moments? Have you tried to talk to her about it or do you have any idea why she behaves this way?
If this behaviour continues you will have to seriously think about what you are doing. No one deserves to be in a violent or abusive relationship no matter what the circumstances. If you feel able you can try and get your wife some help for this, but remember-you cannot fix things for her-she needs to understand that she needs help and she must want it!
Otherwise Im afraid I would get out of there-you never know it may be the blow that will force her to look at some of her issues and possibly deal with them.
Good luck

well, I would say this. You cant hit a woman. And according to law, you cant shake the s.h.i.t. outta her either. So, you can inflict pain without hurting. Now first off, this is your wife??? More problems than just the physical abuse im sure but whatever. If she is kicking you in the nuts, grab her foot while its coming up, drop her to the ground still holding the foot, and look at her in the eyes while you twist her leg. You dont have to do it very hard for her to get the point. And tell her, stop doing that. If she goes crazy and tries to get out of it, twist harder. Then calmly look at her again and say, Im serious. then let go. If she goes crazy, grab one of her arms and hold it behind her back like a cop does a prisoner. and twist again. My girl was hitting me in the arms, playfully at first but then she started to really hit. So I grabbed her arm one day and did whats called an 'arm bar' and its basically bending her arm over mine and can break it very easily. She screamed in pain, and I looked at her very calmly and relaxed and said, stop. I dont like that. And let her go.If these methods dont work and I'm assuming telling her in a normal way that this bothers you. You might need to let some authorities intervene. Its not healthy.

You are in an abusive relationship and you need to get out. Eventually, you will lose your temper and slap or push her and then that crazy ***** will end up having YOU arrested, barred from your home, fired from your job, she'll take all your stuff and move along to some other sap.
GET OUT NOW! JUST PACK YOUR STUFF AND LEAVE! TAKE YOUR KIDS, YOUR DOG, YOUR CD'S WHATEVER, BUT GET OUT!
Seriously, this is an emotionally destructive situation and you need to move on. The above described scenario of her having you arrested and taking all your stuff is not an exaggeration. I work for a divorce attorney and I've seen it happen.

Call the cops and have her arrested. Domestic Violence. Call them while she`s on one of her outbreaks and let them pull up while this is happening. Tell them to take her out of there and make sure you have marks on you so they can see what she did. Let her spend the night in jail and then have the judge send her to Anger Management classes. That will teach her!!! 20 classes one per week for 20 weeks.. This way it`s on file and recorded with the court if you have any more problems!!

try this let her hit you untill your neighbors call the 5-0, then when the cops arrived taunt her and she will most likely try to hit you again, if she hits you in front of the cops she will be in the back of that cruiser and youd be waving at her with a smile , really it happened to ne true story, take the hit man stop being a pu$$y ..when you go to court, cause you will get her even more mad by dropping the charge after the prosecutor asks you if you feel that your life is in danger...be sarcastic and be like " feel treatened by her?? oh hell no!!" haha good luck

Easly.
First allow her to beat the crap out of you.
Second pick up the phone and call the police.
Third charge her with domestic violence and stick to it.
Fourth follow through and get a restraining order.
Fifth if after all this she still attempts to hurt you, beat the living crap out of her and you will have a long line of documentation that proves you had no choice but defend yourself.
Worked for my brother. His wife slapped, hit, kicked and punched him. One day he called the cops, they showed up looked at his face and took her to jail, when he pressed charges she got out of jail and tried to assault him again and he broke her nose, knocked out a tooth and fractured her ribs...she was given 2 years for assault and battery and he was not charged with anything BECAUSE of the paper trail that documented the abuse in a legal way.

A) Protective/Restraining Order
B) Greyhound Bus ticket/Delta Airlines ticket to another destination
Being in Law Enforcement, I can tell you the quickest way to a jail cell is to hit her/slap her back. Keep your hands off and call the police if you have to!

You can't avoid the label. If you are talking about your wife abusing you, and you don't want to leave her....then you and her need to get into counselling before he gets in trouble by hitting her severely or he gets seriously injured. If you are talking about a girlfriend, then it's best he cut his losses and just break up with her.
