A complex question. I have been looking for that fo 40 years. Take the time to look within with meditation and breathwork within the confines of your religion and spiritual belief.

Be constantly ready for enlightenment. Don't listen to other people, because the only reality that means anything to you is your own. That includes me, paradoxically. Keep looking for it, and you'll find it.
