Be merciful. Use big ones.
P.S. See how mad you made the Christians who attack you because of bible verses they can't defend.

It is true in those days that is what they do. Even in certain parts of the world if you steal they chop off your hands. Talk nonsense and they cut off your tongue. You know stuff like that. But today the world have come up with a different approached. Something call Law. We have LAW to punish bad behaviour. It's something like hand phone. We can either use the big big hp that we used those days or you can use the latest. Why use the big black phone when you have nice small stylish phone with better functions. But till today many people I know still tells me that the big black phone that we used those days has the best clarity and till today no hp is better then that. But I still don't see anyone using it. The world changes and we need to change for the better. Try talking to your child and there is also many other solutions. Children will be children and they are naughty sometimes. All of us are and if our parents were to follow strictly then we will not be able to see today. Because I'll probably be stone to death.

Don't tempt christians with indefensible quotes from the bible- they have an easy way out which consists of:
1. Accusing you of evil
2. Recoiling in the realm of blind faith.
Its pointless. You know why?
Read this:
The American philosophy professor, Robert T. Carroll stated : "Since by definition those suffering from true-believer syndrome are irrationally committed to their beliefs, there is no point in arguing with them. Evidence and logical argument mean nothing to them. Such people are by definition deluded in the psychiatric sense of the term: they believe what is false and are incapable of being persuaded by evidence and argument that their notions are in error."
When I questioned the Bible at school, by asking how did all the people come from, unless Adam slept with his daughters and Eve with her sons (since they were the first and only couple available for perpetuating mankind...) my teacher said we should not question the Lord's word in the bible and that I was to be reprimanded for having such blasphemous thoughts (at the age of 12 !)...So I am grateful to my teacher for nourishing the seeds of doubt and scepticism that made me a free-thinker! By the way, I am not an atheist but an agnosticist, so keep your stones...

Try not to use anything bigger than a fist. Too large a stone is difficult to throw and really make an impact with, too small a stone doesn't really do the job. A fist sized stone can be thrown with a decent amount of force to break bones, fracture skulls that kinda thing.
Have you got anything there about unbelievers?

You need to read the whole chapter to understand that one verse. If you don't know Jesus as your savior, then how can you be expected to understand the bible? Not being mean, but I don't not know anything about the human nervous system, but that doesn't mean that I couldn't misconstrue some information and be way off base by not studying a little deeper into the subject. I, myself could point you to a lot of so called - out of context - verses in the bible that would seem to contradict themselves, but on that same token, I could take you farther into it and they would become clear.
If you don't believe in God or the bible, then you can't be expected to understand it. FYI, there are a lot of christians, including myself that do not understand everything about it, but that is why we pray. Take care.
Feel free to contact me, I will do my best to answer any questions you have, and supply scripture to back them up, if you are willing to read.

First off, if you are a true christian, you would know that stoning is out of the question. Spanking , grounding or some other non-violent means of punishment should be sought. The bible has alot of inhumane punishments in it. But thos who did the punishing were punished by God. After all he is The Judge.

I will not be fist to excuse tis, but I may try...
When they stoned people in the Old Testament they used large stones, about between the size of a softball and a basket ball...they only stood about 5 foot away and tried to heave them up in the air and down to kill hem...Good luck...however, killings you do because God told you to aren't allowed anymore...you seen 9/11? Well I better be going now, have a nice day, a$shole.

Put your weapons down! No stone or stick!
Jesus said,"Let the children come to me and do not stop them, because the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these"(Mathew 19: 14)
" See that you don't despise any of these little ones. Their angels in heaven, I tell you, are always in presence of my Father in heaven." (Mathew 18: 10)
" Parents do not irritate your children, or they will become discouraged" (Colossians 3: 21)
"Would any of you who are fathers give your son a stone when he asks for bread? Or would you give him a snale when he asks for a fish? As bad as you are, you know how to give good things to your children. How much more, then, will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him!" (Mathew 7: 9-11)
Endless forgiveness ( Mthew 18: 21-28)
Just listen
" How many times I wanted to put my arms around all your people, just as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you would not let me!'' (Luke 13: 34-35)

Dare I stick my neck out on the chopping board....
Why ask a question when you seemingly already know the answer? If you're not open to answers as you already have dismissed the most logically ones then what can anyone say. Christians aren't here to defend their belief, if you don't believe then that's up to you. We're all entitled to have our own faith. I would like to answer your question but don't see the point.

Well I could say "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone" but that would be a copout.
Why don't you keep a gradient of objects to match the level of punishment.
Slight annoyance = Ping pong balls.
Being far too noisy = Tennis balls.
Ruining your afternoon = Cricket balls.
Breaking precious objects = Limestone.
Ruining your life = Large chunks of granite.
