Yes! The moment I saw my husband I knew he was the one I was waiting for. It is hard to describe the feeling. I felt like the earth stopped and we were the only two left in a crowded room. We sat and talked all night after being introduced. The next day I would just stand still, close my eyes and inhale. I could still smell his cologne. We went out the next night and have been together every night since for 17 years. I look forward to the end of a long day, just knowing he is there waiting for me.

Depends on how well you can see. Seeing is more than what meets the eyes. Seeing the real person within is what counts and you know that is a really hard thing to determine in a short period of time. It is our perception of what we think we see that gets us in so much trouble all the time; and you are very lucky if what you think you see is real. Differences in back ground, jobs, religion, and so many things can poke a hole in your image. I guess it is possible although rare. I think most of our feelings are tied up in chemistry, we all have that basic instinct for companionship and would love to think that we are so great that someone could instantly fall in love with us. Loving takes nurturing and since none of us are perfect it takes work. What do you think?

It is very subjective but it can be true love. You can only survive love at first sight after getting along together. Only then you will see the good and ugly side of each other, if you still love each other you will work out the difference. And be loving always.

depends on what u call love? as every 2,difrent culures, religons, ppl have dirent idea what love is... persnaily i say no... i thinku can find lsut 4 some 1, mayb come inflactuaed (sorri about the spellin btw) wid some 1 by jst lookin at them, but u can't feel real emtion 4 some 1 via there aprence unless u r very shallow but that is poisble as in some cultures it is jst via looks so it relli depends on the person and there up bringig...

It could be some sort of subconcious attraction. Maybe you have loads in common, and something is just telling you that you need to get to know him.
Other than that, I don't think love at first sight is possible really. Because your only attracted to their appearance - their 'sight'. Obviously, your not going to be attracted to some 50 year old guy who's bald and fat (correct me if I'm wrong :-D) but after that innitial 'OMG I'm in love with that guy over there!' you need to go over and start to get to know the person, if you can. Otherwise, you could end up making rational decisions, and dating someone you hate.

No. There is lust at first sight and that is it. How can you love someone if you don't know anything about them accept the way they look. They may have the $hittiest personality in the world would you love that?
