candy and chocolate are empty calories, you don't need to be eating them anyway, strongly suggest you replace them with fruits, nuts and more wholesome useful foods. They cause the cramping you describe because they are rapidly absorbed and speed the digestive process beyond normal in younger people. In other words you are putting your intestinal system into hyperdrive when ever you eat them. This can lead to irritable bowel syndrome and other problems later in life.

It has nothing to do with running. You are not as healthy as you think. Whether you eat too many candies and chocolate, or you have a stomach problem. If it is the second one, go to the doc.

You should go to the doctor and be evaluated. Apparently, the sugar is causing you a problem. How much do you eat? Too much will give anyone a stomach ache.
You really need to get checked out.

You may have an ulcer brought on by sugar. I had constant stomach pains every time i ate anything and i went on a low carb diet for 6 months and had no more heartburn or stomach pain. I felt wonderful. Maybe you should try to stay away from those things for a bit and see how it goes.
Definitely keep away from sugar. It is very hurtful to your body.
