I know how it gets when work takes a lot of time but remember your work doesn't love you, your work won't be there forever....put yourself in her shoes and try and see where she is coming from. It's easy to say I Love You and I'm sure she knows you do....but remember actions speak way louder then words. Don't just tell her you love her, show her!!! Women need to know they are needed, and special....be careful or you'll end up pushing her away and all you will have left is your work. Think about it......actions speak louder than words!!!

My boyfriend does the same thing and I know he doesn't mean it but I still get upset anyway. It's the little things you do like noticing her hair looks good and not saying anything. Try having sex and making it the best time of her life. Like there is a new you.Take her to dinner at a nice place or cook her dinner while she is out doing errands or whatever. Cook her a nice meal and desert should be something like strawberries and whipped cream or chocolate, turn on some sexy music, whatever gets the mood set for ya'll and start pleasing her.You need to remind her that she is your pride and joy and let her know no matter how much you work it's for a good cause, like taking her out and doing little just because things.

Do something special for her. Surprise her with a night out. Work is important but so is she. Make a little time just for the two of you and talk about your job so that she knows what's going on and realizes that having to work is not a reflection on your feelings for her.

tell her that you love her everyday and although you have to work you appreciate her work that she does at home. Help her with home jobs too especially if you have children she will like this. Acknowledge her as a person and be interested in what she does when you are at work ask her how her day was and really LISTEN to what she has to say

You must make time for her... She probably feels you love your work more than her... Your marriage is very important.. Have her meet you for lunch one day a week.. send her flowers often.. treat her to dinner or movie and please turn off the cell phone.. & always tell her you love her and how much she means to you and also thank her for her patience and understanding about your work... and always say your sorry no matter what! Good Luck!

If you love her show her in little ways bring a rose home. When you have time off try to do something fun. Take her to a movie and dinner. Date her like before you were married.

It is gonna take what you did TO GET HER to keep her.
TALK TO HER!! just keep the communication open with her and remind her that work pays the bills and you do it for the benefit of the family. Treat her to a something special just for HER... spend some time with her

You have to spend some time with her. Even a little!
Take her out to dinner. Rent a movie and make some pina colodas. You don't have to take her on a month long cruise to make her feel loved.
