I think it's perfectly normal but people look at me funny when I do it: toast with butter and sugar. Just a thin layer of butter and you shake off all the sugar that doesn't stick, so it's not as bad as it sounds. Try it :)

I love jam and cheese sarnies too (you have to make the jam bit a day early so it soaks into the bread, then pop the cheese in and pop it under the grill) but I have a lot of food combinations that makes my hubby think I am a freak eg:
Celery and Chocolate spread with a tiny amount of salt is gorgeous (as is pretzels dipped in chocolate but I think someone actually makes these now)
Marmalade and sausage sandwich
Beetroot and crisp sarnies
Cheese and Apple Sarnies
salad cream sarnies (all on its own - yumalicious)
Ketchup sarnies (or ketchup and salted crisp sarnies)
Toast with butter sugar and cinnamon
At uni I lived on smash - I would pop the smash and some gravy granules in a pot with ketchuo then pour in enough hot water just for the smash and stir like heel - if I was really hungry add a tin of peas before the water
EDIT : OOOOOO I forgot - my Mum makes something that looks like cat sick but tastes delicious - Steak and Kidney Pudding stew - basically it is a tinned Steak and Kidney pudding cut up into chucks, cooked with tinned veg (potatoes, peas, sweetcorn and carrots) and then mixed it all up and add gravy and worcestershire sauce!
I'm starving now - wonder if there is a steak and kidney pud in the cupboard....

I'm very picky about food so I don't really have any that I can think of a least. But I do know some I've heard a few people I know talk about. There's ketchup with pancakes. & there's peanut butter, mayonaisse, pickles & something else, maybe it was a banana, on a sandwich. EWWW!

that's a exciting one! -Ranch dressing on Taco Bell tacos - despite if the tacos have been interior the refrigerator all evening :P -String cheese strings wrapped around pretzels -i've got in many cases stolen the cheese out of a Kraft mac n cheese (the frequently happening style, easymac style does not artwork) to sprinkle on buttered popcorn. NOM! and that i additionally placed potato chips (pref. bitter cream & onion) on maximum of my submarine/hoagie type sammiches. EDIT: Oh yeah! I very almost forgot one. little bit of honey drizzled on fried unsolicited mail!
