to someone who has never been in love or felt love. It is beyond words and feelings. Would you who do believe in God or a Creator agree? This is what I feel. How do you describe a rainbow without using colors to a blind man?

That goes for anything. That's why some Christians can never understand another's differences in religion. I've met some Christians who just can't fathom that I can describe a connection and experience to the Divine that is so similar to theirs yet I practice a different religion.

Yes I agree very much... Love is not something to explain, it is something you show with actions. A rainbow cannot be form without water or the sun.

Love is something that you cannot see, but it stirs you around that make you feel like you are flying in air. Don't care and don't worry what happened but you continue looking forward for that Love.
If a person doesn't have love, he doesn't have God, because God is love.

That's a great analogy. And like love, a relationship with God is not based on feelings. It is based on reason and action. Feelings sometimes help us to get involved and keep us involved, and sometimes they are a nice byproduct. But at their core, neither love nor relationship with God are about feelings or sentiments. This is why Christians aren't impressed by "feelings of the divine" that non-Christians experience. Those feelings alone are not indicative of truth.

"If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command" (John 15).

"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!" (Galatians 1: 6-9)

I feel ya....it is next to impossible to put it into words for another person....I know what you feel cause I feel it too...it's what connects Christs people....someone who it closed off to the idea of a higher power than themselves will never understand...if they do find Christ in their life time it will truly be a miracles... I used to be atheist and now knowing what I know today...I would never trade my faith for anything of the this world...it's sad that some people will never see it and it will be too late...I feel for them and it kinda frustrating because their is no way to describe what it is to have faith...it's a feeling of being high on life and loving others...it is wonderful and too many people miss out on it...Pray...God Bless you and have a good day...

Experiencing the love of God in our life is the best experience that we can ever have. But he is Spirit, that means we can't see him physically. Imagine if we love Him despite of that, trusting in Him means we are being dependent on His love. That means if we do that, we will be more closer to Him, we've got nothing to worry about just like a parent who don't want his child to be harmed.

Agreed, yet many will continue to try. It's the diversity of beliefs, cultures, and yes - religions - that makes the human race so fascinating. We ALL need to stop trying to change each other and embrace the differences that make us unique.

Marky had an apt analogy a while back, like describing a pink elephant to a blind person. I see what you are saying...

I was standing at my brother-in-law's mother's grave site on Mother's Day. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her before her death. My brother-in-law said "I wish you could have known her, she was a great woman" I stood there speechless as he cried. Then it came to me! I looked at my brother-in-law and said "I do know you Mother. I have met her" He looked perplexed. I said that I knew him, and his ten brother and sisters very well. Your Mother and her characteristics are within each of the eleven of you. I know her because I know all of them.
The same is true with God. If God is within you, then let people get to know you and they will most definitely know God. It works!
