Get your friend and go talk to him...if his twin sister starts messing with you, have your friend deal with her, so you and the boy can talk. Hey, that's what friends are for!

It is clear that you think she hates you as she is a girls and she knows you both like each other, just go directly to the point, jump over the fences and express yourself, at the end you will date him, nor her.
She is just twin, not the half of him. I have also a twin brother and he is complete different that me and I never follow up what he is doing or with how is dating, just follow your heart.

hmm...first try talking to his twin sister, unless she has a good reason to hate you, then its probably a good idea to avoid her. Then flirt with this guy, and see if he reacts in anyway. After that have one of your friends talk to hm for you, and discreetly bring youu up and ask what he thinks about you...works all the time

first thing is first: Why does she hate you? And what do you think you can do to gain her respect?
never lower yourself to someone for them to like you.
and if she still does not like you after finding out why and other stuff, then I would move on- if you get involved with someone who has a relative that hates you, they will do anything within their power to break you two up and you dont need that.

first try to be in good friendship wiuth twin.try to find out the way to impress her.try out with her near friends
once u r in good friendship with twin u will become a close friend of the boy and can then ask about his feeling about u.

Ask him if he likes you.Don't worry about his sister,though because she might just be holding a grudge against you for some reason,or she's most likely jealous that you're spending time with her brother and she's not.
