The US strategy regarding Cuba is simply to ignore them until they collapse under their own inefficiencies.

When castro dies, if his brother is considered bad the people will uprise and cause a stir i think. If he's good it'll just stay like that unless the U.S. try to disrupt things by sticking their hands where they shouldn't but that would be nothing new would it.

not likely....in fact, it'll be a cold day in hell. It'll be with either N Korea or Syria and Iran.
