Depends on if she is willing to have sex, if she's not, don't push it. But you can try soft, suttle gifts, like flowers. Give her a massage, start at her feet and work your way up to her shoulders. Give her kisses on each part that you rub. You may try using a little massage oil instead of doing it dry and don't rub for 10 seconds then move on, put a lot of heart and effort into it. This used to work with one of my ex's all the time.

Depends on the girl. Its called foreplay because you need to do that before the girl is in the mood, By the way get into it yourself. It is not a race it is like long distance run, slow and steady does it better.

hmmm...let's see. Well, you don't want to be too abrupt about it if she's not in the mood. Work your way up to it. Start out by giving her a hug or a kiss or both, and just holding her, and "cuddling" (it can be manly it's ok we won't tell) and then she's more relaxed...THEN you should up your game and you can start kissing her and talking to her...on the neck, the face, shoulders...juuuust like that. I know it'd work for me HA!!! oh, and make sure your breath is fresh...definitely...if you're not sure if it will stay fresh use ORBIT GUM....clean up that dirty mouth lol...but seriously. that should work.
