I work out 3 to 5 days a week. I take multivitamins and try to watch what I eat (but I'm not fanatical about it). I read nonfiction daily, mostly science, philosophy, and libertarian rags and poke around with various musical instruments most days too, but just for fun, nothing serious.
But the most spiritual non-spiritual thing I do is to spend time with people I like/love.

I work out at a gym because in my job I am always on the go so I have to be very fit, I have read Jared Diamond, Sam Harris, Matthew Alper and I am currently reading “House of War” by James Carroll and I am thinking of re-reading the Hobbit. I keep active in the community and in politics; I try to spend not only my money but also my time in homeless shelters teaching educational programs for families (mainly health care programs). I really see my responsibility (as an atheist) is in trying to make this place a better place for everyone since this is it and I try to enjoy every moment.
How sappy is that?

Pascal's drained previous guess back!?! you opt for for me to lie and say i think and you think of which will fool this god or that he will reward my deceit vs punish my honesty? So he's authentic yet he's the two silly or an immoral bastard? you think of that and you nonetheless worship him? Why? considering you're afraid the super guy interior the sky will harm you continually in case you do no longer? How infantile and slavish is that? are you able to even think of thinking approximately this subject with out concern? i'm no longer taking a huge gamble. there is not any God or gods basically like there is not any Santa. i'm no longer apprehensive he won't deliver me provides.

Yes, I watch alot of cerebrally enriching television. I also look up things online, and learn that way too. Plus we are in the process of several home-improvement prodjects right now. Busy, busy busy. Oh, and I excersize with my son after work daily, since my job requires me to sit on my butt and play on YA all day. And, we are in a band, I'm the singer, my husband plays lead guitar. He shreds!!! Cheers

I make an attempt to be a decent person and I volunteer when possible. That's not exactly everyday (and I'm not exactly an atheist), but I think trying to contribute now is more important than waiting for a later reward.
