Anybody from the island of Puerto Rico?

I am looking for a recipe for Tarmarind limber (limber de tamarindo). Do you have a recipe or can you give me a website for Tarmarind limber?

Note: a limber is a Puerto Rican frozen treat; its like eating a Italian ice. Its delicious and it comes in many flavors.
