My school only allows me to use the bathroom twice a day, which means that I must hold it from 10 am to 3 pm or later. What could help me not have to go so much?

I agree with the people who say to get a lawyer. You do NOT want to drink less - that can be hazardous to your health. If you can find the courage, just pee your pants whenever you need to and get all your friends to do the same. That will change the policy very quickly. If you're not the only one doing it, it won't be so embarrassing. Call it a pee-in!

the school or no one can tell you when you can or can't use the bathroom, when you have to go you have to go. I suggest that if you have to keep going you should get a doctors excuse so that they know that you are not playing and that you do have to go. When i was going to school 1 teacher told me that I couldn't go so i peed on my self, I was so embarrassed that from that day on even if they say no I would just walk out and use the bathroom, then I would deal with the teachers and principle. At the end they understood that when i have to go i gotta go. Good luck

Drink less water/fluids if you can stand it. Otherwise, I think you should talk to your teacher and/or school and tell them you just need more breaks. If they won't listen, get your parent involved. You might also be able to get a note from a doctor saying you need to go more often.

A lawsuit brought by a good lawyer. That is crazy.
The school is forcing kids to dehydrate themselves. This is unhealthy and cruel.
Tell your parents and have them tell the school that this is a problem. Sue if it is not resolved.

This seems illegal to me. Your school 'allows' you to use the bathroom? I used to substitute teach and if a child has to go then they have to go. Talk to your parents about this because it doesn't sound legal to me.
